Revocation of a Will

A revocation provides an express written way of revoking a Will that has been made. This may be necessary where the Will is no longer required, or where an individual no longer expresses the same views. Although writing a new Will would over-ride an existing Will, it is prudent where an individual would prefer not to have his current Will applied to have it revoked until a new one is written up.
