Commercial Lease – Part of Building under 7 years in Length

This Commercial Lease may be used for any type of business premises including office, shop or unit where the Lessor (person giving the lease) requires it to be less than seven years in length and where only part of the building is being leased rather than the whole building.

  • It can be used by both the landlord and the tenant and will be drawn-up based upon your requirements.

Please note: This is not a conveyancing service, we provide you with a lease for you to use. Leases for part of a building may require a drawing of the area that will be leased in relation to the building within which it is contained, which you may need to provide.
